Call 911 or local emergency services, or visit the nearest emergency room if you have concerns about keeping yourself or others safe.  You can also call/text/chat 988 or 988lifeline.org.

Still make an appointment.  Relationships are complex and connected.  There are still actions and reactions.  We can work on you and, in turn, there most likely will be a different reaction.  There are still things we can work on rather it be staying involved with the relationship or moving on.

Telehealth therapy offers the same quality care as in-person therapy while providing greater flexibility and convenience. Research has shown that telehealth is effective for many mental health concerns, and many clients report high satisfaction with their experience.

Some of the benefits include:

  • Convenient access from the comfort and privacy of your own space
  • No travel time, transportation barriers, or fuel costs
  • Flexible scheduling that better fits busy lifestyles
  • Greater access for individuals in rural or underserved communities
  • Helpful for those with mobility challenges or physical health concerns
  • Allows caregivers to attend sessions without arranging childcare
  • Reduces exposure to illness by eliminating the need for waiting rooms
  • Can make beginning therapy feel more comfortable for individuals experiencing social anxiety, agoraphobia, or other concerns that make leaving home difficult

All you need is a reliable internet connection and a private space where you feel comfortable talking. My goal is to make therapy as accessible, supportive, and effective as possible—wherever you are.

I take many forms of insurance.  They vary by state.  If I don’t take your insurance on the first link, try the second one under individual services.  The option of Self-pay is also available.

For students in college, therapy credits may be available through BetterMynd.  Inquire with your college about this resource.
