Still make an appointment. Relationships are complex and connected. There are still actions and reactions. We can work on you and, in turn, there most likely will be a different reaction. There are still things we can work on rather it be staying involved with the relationship or moving on.
Telehealth has many benefits. It gives you increased access to services. If you have mobility issues, you don’t have to worry about driving or getting access to the building. All you need is a phone or computer/laptop with internet access. No/little travel time. No finding child care. Your children or other people can be in another room while you have your session in privacy. Reduced stigma – no one has to know you are in therapy. There is flexible scheduling ( I work on Sundays). As long as you are in your state of residence, we can have a session.
I take many forms of insurance. They vary by state. If I don’t take your insurance on the first link, try the second one under individual services. The option of Self-pay is also available.
For students in college, therapy credits may be available through BetterMynd. Inquire with your college about this resource.
